Vegetable Cutlet


Ingredients
Boiled & Mashed Potato-1
Onion-1
Carrot, Beans(Cut & Boiled) - 2 cups
Tomato-1
Breadcrumbs - 1 Cup
Corn Flour - 1 Cup
Bread Crums - 1 Cup
Green Chillies - 3
Salt - To taste
Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala, Coriander Leaves & Oil

Method
1. Put some oil and saute onion.
2. Add Ginger garlic paste, tomato, chillies.
3. Now put the cut & boiled vegetables, potato.
4. Mix it & heat it till the moisture is removed.
5. Put salt, garam masala, breadcrumbs and coriander leaves.
6. Take the mix out & make them in any desired shape you want.
7. Dip them in corn flour & fry in oil till it becomes brownish.
